How does the delivery work?
We are constantly brainstorming about our transport solutions to offer the quickest and most efficient way to ship the products, while reducing the environmental impact as much as possible. We determine a few dates of delivery to group several orders together and send them all at once. This way we are making sure that the truck will leave the farm filled to the brim with boxes (and avoid transporting empty space).🚚 Products imported from outside Europe are usually shipped by plane or ship. ✈️🚢
When will I receive my order?
The delivery date will depend on the harvest period of each project.
For projects with only one harvest in the season, an approximated delivery date fixed by the Farmer will be registered by default according to harvest time and preparation of the goods. Thus, it will not be possible to change the proposed delivery date.
For projects where the harvest time extends over a period of several weeks, you will be able to choose from a range of approximate delivery dates using the calendar during the order process. This way you will be able to plan all the shipments of your boxes from the reserved harvest of your productive unit during harvest season.
The delivery dates we offer are always approximate delivery dates. We cannot assure you the date 100% because we depend a lot on 🌦️ nature (hail, rain, ice etc.) and the conditions of transport 🚚 (road blocks, traffic jams).
How do I track my order?
Once the order leaves the farm, the shipping company becomes responsible for the delivery. Depending on the shipment country we work with the following transport companies: DHL, GLS, MRW.
When your box will be received by the shipping company, you will receive an automatic email with a link redirecting to its website in order to follow-up on the delivery status of your order in real time. You will then receive the tracking number of the parcel and in some cases you may be able to change the delivery instructions if needed.

I still haven’t received my order, what can I do?
If you still haven’t received your order a few days after the estimated date of delivery, or if you have difficulties to follow the delivery on the shipment company website, please contact us stating your order number (starting with CF…).
We will verify the delivery status of your parcel with the shipment company and we will find a solution.
