How can I cancel a group order?

If you wish to cancel a group order, it is very easy. Simply complete the following steps:
- Click on “Orders” in your user account and select “Group Orders”.
- Select the order you wish to cancel. Verify that the order is not yet in preparation for shipment.
- Click on “Cancel order”.
Please note:
- You can only cancel the order if the box is not yet in preparation.
- The money will be refunded to the account associated with the order.
- If the guests do not pay their part within the deadline (3 days), the order will be automatically cancelled and the money will be refunded.
