1. What is CrowdFarming for Business ? It is CrowdFarming's B2B branch, designed to help companies integrate sustainability into their employee value proposition. From there, you can manage products such as Employee Wallet, Gift Cards and office subscriptions.

2. What is the Employee Wallet ? It is a digital credit system: the company gives each employee a budget to purchase organic products directly from European farmers. It is set up by uploading a CSV file with each employee's details (name, email, amount, language) and choosing the top-up date; on that day, employees automatically receive an email notifying them of their credit. Everything is managed from business.crowdfarming.com.

3. Can a company purchase a Gift Card ? Yes. They are delivered as a customisable PDF with the company name, via automatic email, or just as a code to integrate into your own design. The entire process is online via business.crowdfarming.com.

4. What options are available for an office fruit box ? There are two models: Self-Service, with full flexibility for weekly or one-off orders using a rechargeable balance; and Monthly Subscription, with a fixed box every month for 3, 6 or 12 months. 5. How does the Self-Service model work ? The company creates an account on business.crowdfarming.com, sets a monthly top-up amount and selects the boxes it wants to receive from those available on the website. Entirely on your own terms.

7. What payment methods are accepted ? We accept credit card or bank transfer.

8. What billing details does the company need to provide ? The VAT number, company name and company address are always required. In all cases, a valid VAT number is essential to benefit from VAT exemption where applicable.

9. Can fruit boxes or adoptions be gifted to clients or employees ? Yes. The company selects the box, shares billing details and confirms the delivery address and date (multiple addresses possible); personalised letters cannot be included, but the company name can appear on the shipping label. For gift adoptions (trees, hives, etc.), the company sets the notification date and shares a recipient list; each person receives an email and has 30 days to confirm their adoption before shipment after the harvest.
