Do you guarantee the selected contents of the monthly box?

Because we work with organic produce, the contents of your monthly box may occasionally change. If a product has not reached its optimal ripeness or does not meet our quality standards, we will replace it with the best available alternative. 🍒

Once your box has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email showing the final contents of your delivery. In rare cases, last-minute adjustments may still be necessary during packing to ensure the highest quality.

If you are not satisfied with a change, you can cancel your order through your account as long as it has not yet entered the shipping preparation process.
