Generally, sales take place every week. Some Local markets operate every two weeks and a few offer two sales per week.
Each sale ends 24 or 48 hours before the distribution to allow Producers time to prepare the orders. - You pay for your order online. The full amount of your order will be debited and held in your personal e-wallet until the distribution is validated by the Host.
- You collect your products by going to your Local market's distribution point on the scheduled day and during the allocated time slot. We recommend that you bring your order form printed or downloaded to your mobile, or at least have your order number memorised. On arrival at the distribution, the Host will ask for it.
We also advise you to bring shopping bags and a cooler or an insulated bag so you can collect your ordered products. - You can choose to have your order delivered by a delivery driver if this option is offered in your Local market or at another point of sale called a mini-Ruche.
- The Host validates the distribution. After each distribution, the Host proceeds to validate it: at this stage they record the products that were not distributed to Members.
Thus, if one or more products were not delivered to you, you will be refunded the corresponding amount.
If you only notice missing items after returning home, report it as soon as possible to your Host.
You will then be able to access your invoice. - In the event of undelivered products, you will be refunded after the distribution.
Two situations may arise:
- A product is invoiced when its delivery is confirmed (it is the Producer who sets a minimum order for delivery. If they notify in good time, you will see on your order form that the product(s) will be missing.)
- A Producer may also have made a mistake, or there may have been breakage (eggs!) in the preparation or transport of their orders, or an unforeseen event (mechanical failure, weather conditions) may have prevented them from delivering the ordered products.
In both cases, you will be refunded the amount for the undelivered products to the account linked to your payment card, within a maximum of 5 working days after the end of the distribution.
