How do I cancel an order?

If you wish to modify or cancel an existing order, please keep in mind the following:

You may only cancel an order if it isn’t already being prepared.

You may cancel one of your orders following these steps:

  • Log in to CrowdFarming
  • Go to “My account” 
  • Go to “Orders” 
  • Click on the order or the adoption that you wish to cancel. 
  • Under the order summary, you will see the option “Cancel order”.

If you wish to cancel an adoption for which you had already planned shipments, please note that you will need to first cancel the shipments related to the adoption, prior to cancelling the adoption itself.

At the end of each season, we advise that you confirm with us the delivery dates availability prior to cancelling your order.
