How do I cancel an order?

Need to cancel an order? Here's what you need to know before you start.

⚠️ Before you start

• You can only cancel an order if it is not yet being prepared
• If your adoption has planned shipments, cancel the shipments first, then cancel the adoption itself
• At the end of a season, check delivery date availability with us before cancelling

Steps

1. Log in to your CrowdFarming account
2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
3. Go to Orders and select the order or adoption you wish to cancel
4. Under the order summary, click Cancel order
