Why is my box at a pick-up point?

You should have received an email with the tracking number of your shipment, where you can see the current location of your package.

Usually, we always arrange a home delivery. If for any reason the box cannot be delivered, it will be taken to a pick-up point where you can collect it.

If your delivery is damaged when you collect it, you can file a claim via your user account within 14 days of delivery. Make sure to take a picture!
