How to reset my password

Having trouble logging in? Follow the steps below to reset your password in just a few minutes.

💡 Before you start — open a private window This helps avoid cached login issues.

Chrome (desktop): Click the three dots menu → New Incognito Tab

Chrome (mobile): tap the three dots menu → New Incognito Tab

Safari (desktop): Click the Tabs icon → Private

Safari (mobile): tap the Tabs icon → Private

Steps

1. Go to the CrowdFarming login page
2. Click Reset my password
3. Check your email inbox — it may take a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder
4. Open the email and click Change my password
5. Set a new password — it must include:
   • At least 1 capital letter
   • At least 1 number
   • At least 1 symbol (e.g. !, @, #)
6. Log back into your CrowdFarming account
