How can I change my communication preferences?

At CrowdFarming we ensure that we only send an email if we have something important to share with you. You can easily alter your communication preferences and/or unsubscribe from our newsletter from your user account at any time 📧 .

To do this, simply follow these steps: 

  1. Log in to your user account
  2. Click on "My Account" then "Profile"
  3. Go to the "Communication Preferences" page
  4. You can select the categories of communications you are interested in and want to be notified about, or you can simply unsubscribe from all communications completely
  5. Click on the "Update" button at the bottom of this page to save your changes

Please note that by unsubscribing from the newsletter you will continue to receive information about your orders (confirmation, possible date change, package tracking). 

If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter again later, we will be happy to welcome you back!
