How do I change the shipping address?
You can change the delivery address of all your orders, but we must ask you to take the following into account:
- You can only make these changes if your order is not being prepared.
- It is only possible to change to an address in the same country.
Once you have made your adoption (e.g. olive tree) or you have planned your adoption boxes (e.g. orange tree), you can change the address of your orders as follows:
- Access your account CrowdFarming
- Go to "My account"
- Go to "Orders" and choose the order you wish to modify
- Click on "Change address"
- Choose one of your saved addresses or add a new one
