How do I change the delivery date?

With projects that have several shipments, you can change the delivery date of your already planned orders but you must take into account the following: 

  • You can only make these changes if your order is not being prepared.
  • Adoptions with a single delivery cannot be rescheduled 

Once you have planned your adoption boxes (e.g. orange tree), you can change the delivery date of your orders as follows:

  1. Access your account CrowdFarming
  2. Go to "My account"
  3. Go to "Orders" and choose the order you wish to modify
  4. Click on "Change date"
  5. Choose the new date from the drop-down calendar
