How do I change the delivery date?
With projects that have several shipments, you can change the delivery date of your already planned orders but you must take into account the following:
- You can only make these changes if your order is not being prepared.
- Adoptions with a single delivery cannot be rescheduled
Once you have planned your adoption boxes (e.g. orange tree), you can change the delivery date of your orders as follows:
- Access your account CrowdFarming
- Go to "My account"
- Go to "Orders" and choose the order you wish to modify
- Click on "Change date"
- Choose the new date from the drop-down calendar
