How do I cancel a recurrent order?

You can easily cancel both individual orders within the recurring order as well as the entire recurring order via your user account.
You'd just need to log in then go to 'My account' and 'Orders', then click on “recurrent orders” at the top.From there you click on the specific order you wish to cancel and there will be a button to 'Cancel order' towards the bottom of the shipping details.
To cancel the entire recurring order, click on “Cancel recurrent order” at the bottom of the details page.
Please note that you can only cancel an individual order while the status is still 'Planned', meaning that it hasn't yet been prepared or shipped.
