Where can I find the receipt for a payment??
Once you have placed your order you will automatically receive a confirmation email with all the details of the order. Receipts can be viewed and downloaded as a PDF document either by clicking on the ‘Download receipt’ link in the confirmation email, or from your user account.
To download the receipt from your user account you need to log in and click on ‘My account’ then ‘Orders’. From there you can click on the specific order and at the bottom of the order details you’ll see a ‘Receipt’ button, just click here and you’ll have the receipt downloaded as a PDF.
How do I request an invoice for my purchase?
At CrowdFarming, it is the farmers themselves who set the prices for their produce and sell directly to the CrowdFarmer. Consequently it is the farmer themself who has to issue the invoice for the purchase.
In case you are ordering on behalf of a company or legal entity, once the order has been received, you may request an invoice from the farmer. Please contact us with the order number you need the invoice for, so that we can send you the contact details and you can request the invoice directly from the farmer.
Please note that the farmer is not an expert in fiscal paperwork and is more comfortable out in the field than with accounting. We ask for a little patience: farmers are not responsible for how complicated preparing a seemingly simple document can be.

Note: The CrowdFarming team does not have control over the taxation of the farmers who sell their produce to you, and we are not responsible for whether or not they can issue an invoice.
