Invoices and payment receipts
In CrowdFarming the Farmers themselves are setting the prices for the adoption of their productive units and sell the harvest directly to the CrowdFarmers.
Where can I find my payment receipt?
Once you have placed your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with all the details of the order. Payment receipts can be viewed and downloaded as a PDF document either from this email by clicking on the link “Download receipt” or from your user account.
To download your receipts from your user account, log in to your account and click on “My Orders” in the menu on the top left.
Select “View details” in the corresponding order and then click on “Receipt” in the order overview to download it.
How do I request an invoice for my purchase?
At CrowdFarming it is the Farmers themselves who set the prices for their farm adoptions. Consequently, if the Farmer is located in the European Union, he/she has to issue the invoice to the CrowdFarmer for the purchase.
By default we will understand that you are a natural person. At the time of purchase a receipt will be issued in the name of the Farmer with the detail of the amount of the order.
In case you are ordering on behalf of a company or legal entity, once the order has been received, you may request an invoice from the Farmer. Please contact us so that we can send you the contact details and you can request the invoice directly from the Farmer.
Please note that the Farmer is not an expert in fees and is more comfortable on the field than with an accounting program. We ask for a little patience: Farmers are not responsible for how complicated a simple document can be.
We appreciate your patience as we understand this issue can be a little tedious.
Note: The CrowdFarming team does not have control over the taxation of the Farmers who sell the product to you. We are not responsible for the timely issuance of your invoices.
