I have forgotten my password on the app
If you can't remember your password for your user account, follow the steps below:
- Click on the little man icon in the bottom right corner of the screen to access your profile.
- Click on the "login or register" option at the top of the page. A window will open where you can enter the email address you used to create your account and click "continue".
- Click on "Forgot your password?"
- A new window will open to reset your password. You do not need to re-enter your email address in the field, just click "send" and wait a few seconds for it to confirm the email has been sent.
- Go to your mailbox. An email will have been sent to reset your password. Important: If you have not received this email, please check your spam and junk mail folders.
- Click on the reset link in the email to create a new password and regain access to your account. Please note that this link is valid for a short period of time.
