Where can I find an adoption certificate?
You can find all the details of your adoption from your garden. In particular, you will be able to access the adoption certificate and edit it if it is a gift.
If you are the recipient: Please login to your user account, and in the section “Garden” click on the adopted unit for which you would like to download an adoption certificate 📜.
You will see the details of your adopted unit. Scroll down to the “Documentation” section. You can click on “Certificate of adoption" to download it.
Make sure to deactivate any pop-up blocker, otherwise the PDF will not download directly to your computer.
In case you would like to make some changes on the adoption certificate, click on the small pen symbol. You can then download the modified certificate.
If you are the Gifter: You will find the Certificate of adoption in the confirmation E-mail when making an Adoption as a gift.
