What to do if customs charges you for your order

Customs charges on CrowdFarming orders are rare, but they can occasionally happen — particularly for deliveries to Switzerland and the UK.

What to do

1. Pay the customs charge Go ahead and pay the amount requested — this is safe to do and will not affect your order or delivery.

2. Contact us with the following:

• Your order number
• The receipt from customs showing the amount charged
• Your IBAN

Send everything to hello@crowdfarming.com and we'll manually refund the full amount to your bank account.

⚠️ Please keep your customs receipt — we need it to process your refund.
