Feedback and complaints
We understand that it can be frustrating when your harvest doesn't live up to expectations.
Our farmers do their best to ensure that your produce arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions or other unforeseen events, there may be incidents along the way. But don't worry, we always have a solution! 😊
You can give us Feedback on a specific order by selecting the order in your user account and clicking “Rate your order”. This does not count as a claim, but as valuable feedback that helps farmers and us improve our work.
If you have an incident with your order: Go to your account, select the affected order and make a complaint by clicking on “Report problem”.
Remember that you can only open a complaint within 14 days of receiving the order and pictures are required.
We will deal with your complaint as soon as possible. Once the complaint has been processed, you will receive an automatic email confirming that the incident has been resolved and what solution has been found for you.
If we deem it appropriate and the farmer still has crops, we will send you a replacement box. If we are unable to send you a box, you will receive a refund for the affected portion of your order in the form of credit that you can use for future purchases on CrowdFarming.
