1. Open a private window This bypasses cached data and extensions that may interfere with the site.
Chrome (desktop): three dots menu → New Incognito Tab
Chrome (mobile): three dots menu → New Incognito Tab
Safari (desktop): Tabs icon → Private
Safari (mobile): Tabs icon → Private
2. Clear your cache and cookies Go to your browser settings and clear browsing data. Then reload the page.
3. Try a different browser We recommend Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari.
4. Log out and back in Sometimes a fresh session is all it takes.
5. Try a different device Switch between your phone, tablet, or computer to identify if the issue is device-specific.
