What do I do if there is a technical issue?

Are you having trouble logging in or placing an order? Are you stuck on the sheep spinning? This can happen, don't worry! Often it is due to the browser or device you are using. 

Try these tips first:

  • change your browser (we recommend Google Chrome)
  • log out and in again
  • try it from another device (cell phone, laptop, tablet) 

If none of the above work, please contact us with the following information:

  1. What exactly happens when you try?
  2. Do you get an error message?
  3. Which browser are you using?
  4. Which device are you using?
  5. Did you try to clear the cookies or cache? 
  6. Can you take a photo or screenshot of the error?  

With this important information we can get to the bottom of the problem faster and find a solution for you. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
