The recipient has not received the email

Haven’t heard from the recipient yet that your gift has been delivered? There might be multiple reasons for the email not having reached the recipient: Maybe it went directly to the spam folder or there is a typo in the email address. In order to make sure that the gift will be delivered and the recipient can enjoy the harvest, you can resend the notification:

  1. Go to the Orders section in the user account
  2. Select the order related to the gift
  3. In case the email  notification has already been sent, you will have the possibility to resend it
  4. Just click on the option and decide whether you want to resend it to the same email address or to another one
  5. Once confirmed, the email is sent right away and should be in the recipient's inbox within some minutes time.
