Climacteric fruit
This type of product continues to ripen outside the tree or plant. If you want to speed up the ripening, we recommend placing it in a bowl along with other climacteric products, for example, next to some apples.
Storage
Mangoes reach optimal ripeness after harvest. To enjoy each one at its best, we recommend storing them at room temperature. Mangoes may take a few days to ripen; you will know they are ready when the fruit yields slightly to gentle pressure and gives off its characteristic aroma. Once ripe, you can store them in the refrigerator to keep them fresh for longer.
