Tracking your delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If you can't find it, check your spam folder.
You can also find your tracking link directly in your account:
- Log in to your CrowdFarming account
- Click on your profile icon or name in the top right corner
- Go to Orders and click on the relevant order
Good to know
- Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to factors outside our control — you'll be notified by email and in your account
- Tracking not updating yet? Between the farmer's dispatch and the carrier's distribution centre, the package may not be scanned immediately — this is normal
- Shown as delivered but nothing arrived? Check your mailbox, porch, a neighbour. It may also have been redirected to a pick-up point — details will appear on the tracking page.
- Order showing "In preparation"? If the tracking says "awaiting drop-off", the shipping label has been generated but the carrier hasn't collected the package yet — it's on its way soon
